The time lapse movie turned out to be a nice momento of the rehearsal at my house. Initially I chose Chaos and Calm because it was the right sort of length, but it’s hard to think of a better soundtrack for the film.

Everybody Has Their Part To Play
[audio:http://www.mulvenna.org/gerry/mp3/everybody%20has%20their%20part.mp3]Verse chords: Bm A G Bm
Chorus chords: G D Bm AI was just a fourteen-year-old boy when Bobby died
Afraid to go to school that day, I was shocked and dazed inside
Fearful of the future in a sad and wounded land
The meaning of the sacrifice, I could not understand -
Roadblock
4 chords all the way through: Em / Gadd9 / Cmaj7 / Am7 /
Is there a roadblock in my brain?
Secret harbour of some pain?
See the little soldier(s) standing in the way,
Red light circling just like the bad old days
Asking all the questions ’bout the things they need to know
Like: “where have you been?”, “where d’ya wanna go?”
Is there a roadblock in my brain? -

An example of embedding audio in a blog post
I have installed the Audio Player plugin for WordPress, so we can embed MP3 audio in blog articles. Here are a couple of tracks from our “Rehearsal #2”. Just edit this article to see how it’s done.

[audio:special.mp3] Something SpecialThe tricky bit is that there are complications on uploading large audio files to the correct directory on the server – it is best done using FTP.
